Perfect for quick and nutritious lunch - Edit

The name says everything: The Suppenfabrik serves a menu of soups and one-pots. It is a perfect place for a quick and easy lunch! In the weekly changing menu, there are two clearly labelled vegan options, as well as one vegetarian option. The selection varies and includes soups / one-pots from different cuisines and the servings come on two sizes. You can add spices and bread to your liking. Each week, they also serve a vegetarian or vegan non-soup alternative ("Tellergericht", which translates to "plate dish"). Besides the weekly changing meal, there is always the option of a delicious vegan hot pot with Udon noodles, fresh vegetables and vegan dumplings, with broth added directly before serving.

You can eat in the restaurant or take away the food. For take-away, there is a zero-waste alternative to packaging, for which you pay a deposit, which is returned if you bring the glass back.

The service is friendly and fast. You can get your lunch within minutes.

However, be aware, that they do serve meat and dairy options. Also, after a while, the menu, although changing weekly, becomes a bit repetitive. And of course, if you do not like soups / one-pots, this place is not for you😉

Die Suppenfabrik ist der perfekte Ort für ein schnelles und nahrhaftes Mittagessen. Es gibt ein wöchentlich wechselndes Menü mit 6 Suppen/Eintöpfen. Es sind immer zwei vegane Optionen und eine veggie Option dabei. Diese sind klar gekennzeichnet. Die Suppen / Eintöpfe sind von verschiedenen internationalen Küchen inspiriert und können in zwei Größen bestellt werden. Darüberhinuas gibt es ein vegtarisches oder veganes Tellergericht und einen veganen Hot-Pot. Der Hot Pot besteht aus frischem, knackigem Gemüse, Maultaschen und Udon Nudeln, die mit einer Brühe vor servierem übergossen werden. Alle Gerichte können mit Gewürzen individuell nachgewürzt werden und es steht Brot zur Verfügung.

Das Essen kann vor Ort gegessen oder mitgenommen werden. Als Verpackung gibt es auch eine Zero-waste Alternative in einem Pfand-Glas.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Da die Suppen in einem Behälter warm gehalten wrden, bekommt man sein Mittagessen super schnell.

Allerdings gibte s dort auch Fleisch und Milchprodukte und keinen veganen Nachtisch. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass die Auswahl sich irgendwann wiederholt und sich mit Ausnahme des Tellergerichtes auf Suppen/Eintöpfe beschränkt.
