Serves meat, vegan options available. Fast casual build-your-own salad and bowl style restaurant emphasizing healthy and simply cooked whole foods. Vegan protein includes miso glazed tofu and Beyond Meat sausage. All green and grain bases are vegan. Majority of supplements (toppings) are vegan except egg, and those marked with a dairy icon. About half the dressings are vegan. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-3:00pm, Mon-Thu 5:30pm-8:00pm. Closed Sat, Sun.

Healthy and delicious fast casual

I ate here everyday while at school which was next door. You can also order online for pickup which was great for takeaway. If you are a student at INSEAD or work nearby you get a 10% discount. The downside is that tofu and the alt meat options are extra.

Pros: Customize your own bowl easily , Healthy and many veggie options

Cons: Plant based protein is $$$ extra
