better than nothing

I was grateful to find a vegan option in the middle of nowhere, but that's the end of it. The burgers (wraps?) were really bland and both had unappetising sauces drizzled over it. I'd guess there was 1/4 cup of beans/lentils in each wrap and the rest was 85% salad and sprouts. The salad was fresh and the service was friendly, but I wouldn't bother with this place again. Very confused after the great reviews when the food we had was absolutely average. If you're a very hungry vegan it's better than nothing.

Sandwich shop vibe

Grabbed some lunch here today. Very much a sandwich shop vibe rather than a wholefoods store/cafe. The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was much for muchness, nice to have a vegan option but nothing special.

Great wraps

This is a good lunch spot if you feel like a wrap or pastry (they have vego pies and pasties, I sure if they are vegan). The staff are friendly and will tailor orders to what you want or need.

If you’re not sure what to get, I recommend the lentil burger wrap with peanut butter and chutney, and lots of salad.

Old school whole foods

You just have to look at the jars and signage on the walls and it will (if you're as old as I am) take you back to the whole foods stores of yesteryear. The service is old school friendly, up for a chat and homestyle cooking.

I only had a coffee, so I cannot comment on the food. They do soy, almond, rice and coconut milk. The coffee was good. But I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. The options on the menu, were limited. But as per a previous reviewer, better to have an option here.

They are winding down the whole foods, with a view to selling so many of the shelves were disappointingly bare.

Pros: Convenient location, Inside seating

Cons: Don't expect much in stock, Serves meat & non-dairy

Lovely cafe

5 stars. We came here for lunch on a country break away from home. It was delicious - I ordered a lentil burger wrap. It had a peanut butter and pesto sauce 👍 the staff were so friendly and told us some good places to visit near Portland. Definitely recommend it, they are willing to help you to make sure your food is all vegan 🌱

Pros: Friendly staff, Good value, Delicious lentil burger wrap

Very accommodating

I would give the vegan options here 5 stars. It's a lovely shop. we came here yesterday and had a gluten free vegan wrap and it was delicious. we're back again today for another wrap & coffee. they are very accommodating, friendly and the prices are good. you get your monies worth. they also have an extensive Sukin range and other products and healthy foods you can purchase. we will be back in the area next year and will be visiting this store everyday next time.

Pros: Vegan options & accommodating to dietry needs

Decent Food Quaint Shoppe

They were happy to make us vegan food but they ran out of soy milk. Nice people.. They sell the full Sukin range. Not many options in Portland so it's nice to have them

Pros: Vegan Options , Sukin Products

Cons: Ran Out Of Soy Milk , Not 100 Percent Vegan
