Била съм няколко пъти в това заведение, за да си взема нещо за пътя или на вечеря. Винаги съм оставала много доволна и от храната, и от обслужването.
Read moreДнес отидох да си взема курабийка и си харесах “Шоколад и Рози”. Преди да я поръчам попитах дали е веган. Служителят на касата не можа да отговори и попита готвач от кухнята. Готвачът с пренапрежение каза “ако хората не могат сами да прочетат, ние ще им прочетем. ВЕГАН курабийка пише”. При което аз отговорих, че пише и че съдържа мед. Отговорът на готвача беше, че медът не е продукт от бозайници и затова курабийката е веган… изключително арогантен и видимо некомпетентен служител. Служителят на касата се държа любезно до последно.
Повече вегани не считаме меда за веган продукт. Ако хората, отговарящи за описанието на продуктите, четат отзивите тук: моля Ви да поправите етикетите (или пък защо не обмислите и заместването на меда с веган алтернатива? 😊). Ако други вегани четат отзива: четете внимателно съставките и не се доверявайте сляпо на персонала.

Neighbourhood vegan saviour - Edit
So glad there is a branch of this bakery around the corner from our place. They have delicious bread fresh out of the oven and some other bakery goods for breakfast or an inbetween snack. There‘s also a selection of vegan spreads and vegan cheese and a delicious Christmas menu to order from for the holidays every year. Some of the products are definitely overpriced, but it‘s still so good to have a store like that in the hood.

One of the few places where you can find vegan banitsa. I had one filled with chickpeas and spinach, an amazing strudel, and a vegan cookie.

Vegan options were clearly marked.
Prices seemed reasonable.
I had two banitsa, one with spinach and another that I already forgot. Both tasted very well.
