Awesome vegan options - Edit
There are good vegetarian options on the menu, however, being vegan, I stick to their falafel and roast veggie burger when I go in for lunch. Karina makes the kasundi (closest approximation I can give is this is like an Indian salsa) which is DELICIOUS, and if you ask for this instead of tzatziki on the falafel and roast veggie burger, it's a vegan delight :)
Read moreIf you are a coffee and tea lover, there are three non-dairy options: soy, coconut and almond. I order a turmeric latte most mornings (Lauren makes a delicious non-dairy turmeric latte) with half almond, half coconut. I sit outside on the deck drinking it in the sun and it's a little slice of heaven.
Every second Sunday, they have a Mexican food evening with live music for locals. I usually have the bean tacos sans dairy - which are as delicious as any of the bean tacos (if not moreso) I had when living in California and Florida :)
Pros: Lovely staff, Good vegan food and turmeric lattes :), Chilled deck on the beach
Cons: Maybe some hot vegan brekkie options on the menu?
