Don’t eat the buffet - Edit
I am 100% vegetarian and aim to eat as vegan as possible. When I arrived, I asked if there were vegan options on the buffet. I was told yes so I agreed to the buffet. There was not. I ate mostly the salad and compromised with some terrible cheese pizza. Did not get a refill on my drink until I was done eating. I won’t be back. Only giving two stars instead of one for having options on the menu, don’t go to the buffet if you’re vegetarian or vegan.

Vegan Menu options galore - Edit
The bartender explained they have multiple choices for vegan cheese. They experimented with multiple vegan parmesan recipes in house. Right now it's a cashew parmesan. I ordered a veggie with daiya cheese. Next time I'll probably skip the vegan cheese and just do a veggie no cheese. Great beer selection as well. I'll be back!!!

the staff will just about do anything you ask, make sure to check Waldo in Lees Summit out if you live near.

Make sure you cite health reasons or sometimes they just wont take your order seriously. Not sure if it's a specific person or people who dont like vegans or if they just dont know, but regardless make sure you cite health reasons and check before you eat.
Besides that, really good food.

They make some of their vegan meats in house. Everything is tasty and they have a great beer selection. Also, they are very nice people. I always bring people here who visit from out of town!

Nothing like being in the BBQ capital and finding a vegan gem. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to choose our vegan cheese and crust. We ordered the veggie with spinach and jalapeño. It didn’t disappoint. We ordered the 14” inch and devoured it. Our lovely server even gave us a vegan candy after.

Amazing vegan menu - Edit
We stayed overnight on a road trip through Blue Springs. I was extremely bummed when I saw our one vegan option was a pizza place, because I haven't liked pizza since becoming vegan. We decided to try it once we realized they had an entire (extensive) separate vegan menu. My husband ordered the vegan tex-mex pizza, I ordered the veggie sandwich, and we got bread sticks to share. The bread sticks were really good. The real amazing part was the pizza and sandwich. I expected a crappy pizzeria sub, but it was a delicious toasted ciabatta bread sandwich with spinach in place of vegan cheese, roma tomatoes, zucchini, and onion with a garlic "butter" sauce on the side. It was one of the best sandwiches ever. So so good. And my husband's pizza looked seriously good too (they have two types of daiya cheese). He loved his pizza, and I think it's the best vegan pizza he's ever tried. I was shocked that this place didn't have reviews already. This is definitely worth checking out!
