Go there now before it's gone!!

What a lovely and peaceful space! I only discovered it on my most recent Berlin visit. It's a minimalistically but not coldly in white and purple decorated space with birdsong instead of annoying music so you don't have to shout to make yourself heard. You can tell that the owner put a lot of love into everything to make your visit the most pleasant experience.
All the cakes are self-made and look delicious. I went there with an omni friend and she was very happy with our choices. We shared the dark chocolate cake (delicious) and the raw lemon cheesecake which quite frankly was a revelation. Certainly the lightest, fluffiest cheesecake I have ever eaten without sacrificing any of the taste!
We had a chat with the owner before leaving and had to hear the sad news that they will close at the end if May. Unfortunately the cafe didn't take in this area. It is such a shame. It was truly marvellous to find such a quiet oasis in this busy city with delicious cakes to boot. Shame it couldn't find enough clientele to keep it afloat.

Pros: Peaceful, great tasting cakes, delicious spelt cof

Cons: Closing soon :(

Great Coffee & Cake

I really love this place - the lemon tart and lemon cake were both as great as the oatdrink or hazelnut coffee!

Tranquility

We visited here during our recent stay and ordered the raw chocolate orange cake and a hot hazelnut milk. Unfortunately the couple in front beat us to the last slice of dark chocolate cake. Nevertheless the cake we did get was very nice as was the hazelnut milk, which went down a treat. This is the sort of the place you could stay in for hours with a good book or just a catchup with friends or family, as it has a lovely relaxing vibe with just bird song played in the background. Alas, I read it is due to close soon. Let's hope it reopens again in a location deserving of its stature, as we would definitely return.

Pros: Very relaxing, Lovely staff

Cons: Could be more options of cake available

Cute, comfortable and modern.

After a walk through Berlin I found this place on Happy Cow. The staff are super friendly, they have free wifi and they also have heaps of vegan magazines to read. It's in a very nice spot and the meals are delicious and not too expensive.

Pros: Tasty, Modern, Friendly

Minimalistic, unusual, vegan, restricted, puristic choice

Across the street from the excellent Jivamukti, the cozy vegan yoga place, WOLZ is a 100% different, as excellent experience: Plain, white interior, bird songs in the background, a fine soup, very good coffee, nice cake: Restricted, puristic choice. Highlight: Cocoa tea (!). Around 20 seats. Bright, open space. Super friendly staff. Different from any vegan place I ever saw.

This is a very chill place. Minimalistic and predominantly white in terms of decoration. I had a pumpkin soup with bread and a chocolate cake for dessert. They play bird songs, which is pretty relaxing. When I went, it was empty. One more person came in during my stay. Hope they get more customers, would be a shame if that place had to close.

very delicious

The owner bakes the cakes himself and really cares about every detail. We got a discount on our piece of cake, because he wasn't happy about how it turned out that day. I couldn't really understand why, because it was one of the best vegan cakes, if not the best cake, I ever had.
Lovely, modern interior!
Keep up the good work!

So peaceful and relaxing!

I went there to meet with friends and it was such a nice experience! The owner is really friendly and makes an effort to make his guests welcome in this lovely cafe.

The baked goods we tried are fantastic (including croissant and chocolate tart), the soup was warming and delicious and we really enjoyed drinking tea and coffee. It's really good that everything is vegan, organic and fair.

I'd recommend going there!

Pros: Lovely atmosphere, Kind owner

Lovely place

I loved meeting the owner and chatting about local food, ecology... Being vegan is a philosophy, it's not just looking at food labels; it's being kind to animals, people and the planet. This is his goal so he doesn't use take-away coffee cups, to stop pollution. He only works with small companies to get ingredients for his cakes and his coffee comes from fair trade. He made sure even the glue used in his tables and chairs had no animal components...

And I was too full to try his cakes! :( But they looked great. I had a very nice green smoothie and sat outside to enjoy the sun in Berlin. My friend had a very tasty coffee.

I'll definitely come back when I visit Berlin again.

Pros: Beautiful place

wonderful concept!

Nearly all is selfmade and all products are chosen well by the lovely owner – he could tell you all about the ingredients, how it's made of. Sustainability is top priority. Stylish, minimalistic and modern interior. As a Berlin citizen i will go there again and recommend it!

Pros: ingredients & products, owner, interior

Awesome and beautiful café

My sister and I found this vegan café while just aimlessly wandering the streets of Berlin. The space is beautifully decorated and the owner is something else. He is so kind and we really enjoyed talking to him. He makes all the cakes by himself and uses organic ingredients and you can really taste the difference and the love that he puts inside. We had a chocolate cake with white chocolate glaze and an elderberry (?) filling and a delicious walnut and chocolate cake that the own insisted we try. And a green smoothie. All of it was so amazing! The cakes were perfectly moist, not overly sweet (which I prefer and is rare to find nowadays... I feel like a lot of vegan cakes are just pure sugar), and not too dense. The smoothie had mint in it which was very refreshing. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Pros: Friendly owner, New, beautiful shop, Home made and organic

Cons: none

Good Vegan Café

Visited with my boyfriend on vacation in Berlin. Tasted two different cakes, both delicious and a coffee with almond milk, and it was also awesome.
Check it out!

Deliciously sweet

Be assured of a warm welcome from the lovely owner, and an oasis of calm, in this stylish, all-vegan, environmentally-conscious cafe.

The soup and bread were delicious and nourishing, and the cheesecake and tarts were delicate, not over sweet, and perfectly balanced.

Our visit was made all the easier by the owner kindly speaking good English :-)

Pros: Wide range of vegan cakes and tarts

Sehr empfehlenswert.

nice new vegan cafe

Süßer Wolz is a nice, new, completely vegan cafe opened and run by a 28 year vocalist. Coffee comes from a local company and the pastries are among the best I've had of the many fully vegan places I've been, and there is also a small selection of chocolate which isn't yet available in Veganz. In keeping with the goal of bettering the environment, they do not serve coffee to go which may be inconvenient for some, but is a great practice. Credit cards are also accepted! The cafe is also quite close to Mauerpark, so if you are at the flea market on a Sunday and need a break, this is a good place!

Pros: Decor, Atmosphere, Staff, Menu, Neighborhood
