Un japonés diferente - Edit
Normalmente sé que en un restaurante japonés voy a comer bien, por eso acudí a este. Tenía muchas ganas de probar los restaurantes veganos de Aveiro, pero en ese momento estaban cerrados, así que visitamos Subenshi. Fue todo un acierto.
Read morePara empezar, el servicio fue excelente. El personal estaba muy bien coordinado y atento todo el tiempo a lo que necesitaras. Te explicaban los platos al servirlos y resolvían cualquier duda que tuvieras, tenían buen conocimiento de veganismo.
Para seguir, la comida estaba toda muy buena. Probamos un poco de todo de la sección vegana, incluido el combo de sushi. He estado en restaurantes de sushi específicamente veganos y me ha parecido que las opciones de aquí estaban a la misma altura. Normalmente en restaurantes no 100% veganos, las opciones son normalillas, pero en este sitio todavía me he podido sorprender con nuevas propuestas y sabores, algo que no esperaba.
En general, el ambiente es muy elegante, algo que se nota en los precios, que tampoco son excesivamente elevados. Como contrapunto, no me gustó que tuvieran peceras como decoración.

They have various vegan options, but I suggest the vegan menu as there is a bit of everything and you get to taste many different things. The staff is really nice and helpful, and you can see they care for details. The location is also really nice. The price is 100% fair considering what you get. Recommended!

Amazing sushi and super helpful staff - Edit
Subenshi was an incredible surprise. The staff was always super helpful with clarifying the vegan options. They have a full menu with starter, main dish and dessert. A minimal critique to the starter (vegan temaki) because it is not on the menu. But it is amazing! The sushi pieces are awesome, the tempuras, the Sonomono... the best (vegan) sushi I’ve ever had!
