No vegan options at lunchtime - Edit
If you want to eat at the less formal outdoor section at lunchtime, you're out of luck: No vegan options according to staff.

vegan still has room for improvement - Edit
I had the vegan 6-course menu with non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment. The service was top, the drink accompaniment also, the food very good, only the main course was not convincing. Compared to the vegetarian main course a sauce was missing and the side dish was just rice, vegetarian there was a special mashed potatoes.
