Vegan(ish) menu back on!

Update to the last reviewer there is now a vegan and gluten-free menu (had to ask for it) - 4 vegan options. Smokey carrot tacos w black beans was pretty good - Brussel sprouts chimichurri disappointing - undercooked and too oily (Am guessing they were rushed as the cook screwed up and put cheese in the first batch).

December 2025 Update - called in on a busy Saturday early afternoon. Host didn’t seem to want to be there.
They no longer have a vegan / gluten free menu - and just two things on the Vegetarian section of the menu - both happen to be vegan - though the server said they can substitute a vegan burger for a ‘regular’ one. They were out of smoked carrots so went for the tostada - which was very good but seemed a little expensive for what you get.

Really enjoyed it!

I had the Texi-Cali Tostadas and they were outstanding. Maybe the portion size could be a bit bigger, but that was probably mainly because I liked them so much. I am in Laguna on vacation and i went twice it was so good. You do have to ask for the vegan menu… it definitely exists. The beer was really solid too.

The previous description mentioned a vegan specific menu but in truth (April 2023) there is only a vegan burger $21 or sweet potato fries. They said they are revamping their menu and to “hold tight” but that doesn’t really serve me in the immediate.

Pros: Parking lot

Cons: Expensive, 1 menu item
