It’s nice that they try… - Edit
If there weren’t so many other delicious vegan options in town, this place would be great to have around. You could enjoy breakfast with meat-eating friends — with more to choose from than the usual dry toast.
Read moreThey have beyond sausage available to add to dishes along with an extensive non-veg menu which has items clearly marked that can be “veganized”. Most of these things have cheese and/or butter which is just left out of the vegan versions. Egg can be replaced with tofu.
I didn’t see any specially-made vegan dishes.
My server was great. Friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. (Although I could hear her back there trying to explain to the cook what vegan meant, and what needed to be left out.)
I ordered the banana walnut pancakes. They were ok.

A little disappointing, but nice to have more vegan options locally! - Edit
Venue and service were great. I got the Hippy Britty Vegan Burrito and it was missing avocado, chips, pico and salsa that the menu said it included. I got take out so didn't realize til I got home. I added my own salsa at home but would have been way tastier with all of those other things I was expecting. Also a little too greasy.

Yummy and quick breakfast! - Edit
Super cute spot! We got the banana walnut pancakes with tofu scramble and Beyond meat. The food was delicious and came out really quickly! We had a ton of options and everything could be customized because it’s all made to order. The manager said they were in the process of expanding their vegan options and making the menu majority vegan, which was great to hear! Will be back for sure.
