Finally! Vegan options in Aspen

I haven't been to Aspen for 2 yrs, and I'm so pleased that this town FINALLY has a restaurant w/ so many fresh, healthy organic vegan options clearly labeled on the menu! Also a lot of gluten-free options clearly labeled. The staff said it's been open for about 2 years. They were all very kind, warm & friendly. I also thought it was a little on the expensive side, but it is Aspen. Casual, modern, fresh & clean atmosphere w/ very bright natural lighting. Indoor or outdoor seating options. I liked that you order & pay at the counter, then they bring the food to your table when it's ready. Kept the experience low key vs pretentious as so many Aspen restaurants can sometimes be.

Pros: Fresh Organic, Menu labeled Vegan, A lot of Vegan choices

Cons: Fresh squeezed juice $9, Slightly expensive, Only Breakfast & Lunch: No Dinner

Yummy

Good food. Lots of vegan and gluten free options and good fresh veggies... Probably moderately priced by Aspen standards, but pricey for elsewhere. Slow.
