Sphinx Pastizzeria Valletta - Edit
Sphinx pastizzeria is a very small shop that pops out of the wall where you can buy traditional maltese pastries. The nice man had clearly labelled vegan options and he said that he varies this options as he feels. I had one of each, an enormous spinach pastry and another smaller one, both very pleasing and filling! Must check if you are around.

Sort of vegan options - Edit
There was a vegan option online which wasn’t on the main menu so it couldn’t be ordered. There was a couple of vegetarian options on the main menu, and despite efforts of communication definitely came with a yoghurt based dressing. Food was nice but felt risky ordering it
