Very Bad Service

Service was very bad. We waited very long for the only vegan cake on the menu and after we asked several times we were told there is no bananabread any more. Falafel dish was average

Vegan brunch

I had the vegan oriental breakfast with tofu scrumble, falafel, salat, hummus and cocunut yogurt with granola. It was very delicious!

Good food

Went here for breakfast. There were quite some vegan options on the menu. However, not all of them are truly vegan!

There were some items with diary that they can leave out if you ask, but if they are marked vegan I don't expect having to do that.

However, they food is good, the atmosphere is lovely. So I would recommend this place just as long as you are careful to instruct the staff.

Interesting menu and no red meat

Almost ordered the chicken burrito by recommendation before realizing i was in an omnivore restaurant and it was actual chicken aaagggh. Don’t be fooled by seeing “vegetarian” sign and “vegan bowl of the day” into thinking this is a veg restaurant!!Apart from that everything else was nice. Cool vibe with friendly and helpful staff. Menu is interesting too.. vegan items are not necessarily marked, V is only for vegetarian, but allergens are listed so it is clear that way—like all the waffles have G (dairy). Drinks weren’t too expensive. If you especially find red meat offensive, you will be glad to find none on the menu ! Take credit card as well.

False advertising and slow staff

We tried this place twice, although it says "vegetarian restaurant" it serves meat and fish. The staff was slow and forgot to put our order into the system so we waited for an hour. The menu marks dishes with a "V" randomly, some of them being vegetarian and some vegan, it makes no sense and when asked the staff didn't really seem to know why either. We ordered the vegan tofu bowl with pineapple and it was really overpriced. There are much nicer "vegetarian" places around the corner...

Pros: Interior is very LA, would be nice for taking pics
