Fresh, vibrant, and always worth a visit 🥬 - Edit
I’ve been coming to Southern Squeeze for years, and it never disappoints! My favorite item on the menu is the kale salad — it’s absolutely delicious. I also love that they make all their nut milks and most of their ingredients in-house, which is so rare to find. They recently opened a skincare shop across the street that carries lots of vegan products, so definitely check out both if you’re in the area!

Nice breakfast spot - Edit
We enjoyed our breakfast here; the waffle was especially good. The menu is mostly vegan (one dish with dairy/eggs clearly labeled, and some of the smoothies have honey in them) so there are a lot of options. Fresh organic food with high quality ingredients. Nice sunny atmosphere and friendly staff. Worth a visit.

Waffles!! - Edit
I've been to this place many times. Today I had the Elvis Waffle (chocolate, peanut butter, and banana) and a pumpkin chai latte. Omg. I don't normally go for sweet stuff, but put chocolate peanut butter banana in front of me and I'm done. So good! 10/10

Perfection if you ask me! - Edit
Holy smokes. This place is INCREDIBLE if you ask me. Amazing, bright, bold, beautiful food and drinks. Everything is literally picturesque. Flavorful, filling, yet healthy. Order at the counter but the seating and ambience is so lovely. Dog friendly patio. Extremely reasonable prices (especially considering the quality). The service was speedy and pleasant. Desserts and drinks were so fun. I mean… pure heaven. I absolutely LOVED IT.

Really delicious brunch! - Edit
Excellent flavors! Hubby and son had The works waffles and decaf latte. Really enjoyed both. Myself and daughter-in-law chose the everything bagel with soup of the day. It was Thai Carrot and it pared really well. Very tasty. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Their new expanded space and new items on menu are all really appreciated. Served in a reasonable timeframe and presentation was good. Service was attentive. Our group was really pleased.

Awesome food & service - Edit
Hubby had the Veggie Toastie, I had the Aztec Bowl. Both were absolutely delicious. Truly the best bowl I've ever had. Since it was chilly out we opted for warm drinks. He had the Super Fun Guy & I had the Squeeze Latte. His was more coffee & mine was more like hit cocoa. Both were really great! Atmosphere was so welcoming & the staff was very friendly.

Southern Squeeze has been consistent in their excellence in bringing raw and organic vegan foods to Chattanooga. Kombucha on draft, fresh raw juice, power lattes, Buddha bowls and a great selection of desserts and items for purchase.

Delicious! Vegan and gluten free. The nachos are colorful and tasty. The soup and herb cashew cheese grilled sandwich on gluten free bread was delicious. I would have never guessed it was gluten free if it wasn't on the menu. I can't wait to try more things on the menu. We got some donuts to go.

Solid vegan spot - Edit
I've eaten here a handful of times and have enjoyed the dishes I got. I've swung by a ton of times just to pick up some of their raw options out of their pastry case. Very good stuff.

Eclectic & Delicious - Edit
The food—breakfast and/or lunch—is absolutely amazing! The desserts, particularly the chocolate chip cookie, are delicious, and I love the variety with healthy drink options—healthy, but incredibly flavorful. However, eating there for lunch, if you get the Pono Bowl (quinoa, kale, and the soup of the day), drink water, it’s $12. If you happen to splurge and get dessert or a drink, it’s easy to spend $20 per visit.

Wow...what gem!! In town for business and trying to keep raw, vegan, organic and this fit the bill. Had the down country acai bowl....a frozen blueberry smoothie bowl with layers of banana, strawberries and coconut topped with hemp hearts, goji berry granola and raw peanut butter...yum...more of a dessert thank a traditional meal but very large and filling!

I'm not even kidding when I say I come here at least 3 times a week. The staff is incredible. The food is magical. Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth every penny! Everything I've ever tried here is amazing. Only things I haven't tried is the taco salad or kale salad. But other than that oh wow it's amazing! Plus they regularly do samplings or the food and you can always ask to try the juice! Get a cookie for sure, and if you're in for a juice, get the remedy or the wheatgrass cider! And if they have pizza get it. It's all raw so I mean it's guilt free ;)

Cons: pricey
