Good simple fare - Edit
I have been going here for a while and they just recently remodeled and it is Souper (pun intended). The service is more professional and the food is pretty good. They did not revamp their menu but hopefully they will upgrade that soon.
Pros: Good Prices, Decent food for the price, Friedly wait staff
Cons: Crowded eating area, Menu doesn't improve/change
