Vegan-friendly oasis in a not-so-vegan-friendly shopping center - Edit
A nice bar/lunch spot with a few vegan options. It's located in a new shopping center that claims to be the most sustainable in the Netherlands, though vegan options are surprisingly scarce within the center itself (aside from the nearby supermarket). Sound & Soul is a refreshing oasis!

I went here for a lunch. I had the wholewheat pita with pulled jackfruit, which tasted really nice. Also had the tomato soup which was very flavorful. I'm definitely going back for dinner soon!
