wonderful service and lovely people

Beforehand my wife emailed the hotel about the breakfast options for vegans. The response was that they would tell the chef up front.

So when we went for breakfast, the chef gave me a platter full of vegan cheese slices, houmous-spread, vegan butter, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and yellow pepper. He even gave me a bowl full of (alpro?) Soy yoghurt, a jar filled with soy milk, a package with alpro chocolate milk and tiny vegan cupcakes... wow!

Pros: friendly staff, extensively vegan options if asked by reservation, great rooms with nice beds.

Cons: very long hallways with 3 emergency exit options, no dinner served
