Tasty! - Edit
Paris isn't as vegan-friendly as you would imagine. So, after having 2 mozarella-free pizzas, I found this restaurant on my way to the Vietfood Vegan restaurant, which was fully booked. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the delicious aroma. The food was incredibly tasty, and the lady who served me was exceptionally friendly.

I found this restaurant by chance on the fork, you can get a discount there or they also have set menus. It serves vegan and vegetarian dishes in the 14th alongside the meat versions with typical little side dishes to accompany the mains, and has all the classic Korean dishes like jjagongmeon
