Finally was able to eat there - Edit
I love the vegan options and the consistency taste of the food. The vegan soy sauce is top notch! I’ve tried all the vegan options and my favorite is the tofu cold noodle salad. My only complaint is that there have been several times that I have not been able to eat there due to them having large parties.

We had a nice dinner at Snowbite. We were looking for a different restaurant and just stumbled upon it. Lucky us! I had tostadas—which were delicious—crispy wonton topped with greens and tofu and my husband had fried tofu rice. We shared spring rolls. Everything was nicely seasoned. We plan to go back again before leaving the valley.

Great options - Edit
My husband had the vegan noodle bowl and it was excellent. It was very flavorful without being overly salty. I had the vegan bahn hoi which had a healthy serving of fresh lettuce leaves. That was much appreciated as its hard to find tasty and healthier food options while travelling.

I got the Thai Tea with Almond Milk and I brought my own straw😊 I also had the Tofu Spring Rolls and the Tofu Bahn Mi both were great!
