Vegan chef! - Edit
The best thing about skopelos is that one of their head chefs is vegan! And thanks to her their vegan options are always amazing. Their brunch "ELT" sandwich is my absolute favorite. They also have special vegan dinners and always have a vegan option on holidays. If you're in Pensacola and you're looking for upscale dining, there's no better place than skopelos!

Beautiful restaurant great outdoor seating. Loved listening to the waterfall and seeing the pretty lights. Two vegan entrees, vegan “scallops” and jackfruit tacos. Cody, our waiter, was AWESOME. Fabulous service.

Best Resturant I’ve Been To - Edit
This place was amazing! The food was incredible. I got the vegan spinach artichoke dip and the vegan fish tacos and it was crazy good. Not to mention the service was incredible as well. Our waiter was so nice and funny. It has a “fancy” vibe that I thought would make me feel a little uncomfortable, but the people there made everything feel so personal and welcoming. I would go here everyday if i could! I’d give 5 full stars if happycow would let me!

We stumbled upon this place before hitting Pensacola Beach and were pleasantly surprised with the options. From burgers with different vegan cheeses, Eggplant bacon sandwiches and even a vegan mushroom Reuben this place did not disappoint.

Vegan Night at Skopelos - Edit
The ambience was nice, but the food quality was disappointing. We were so excited to enjoy a vegan dinner on our wedding anniversary, but the ingredients did not appear to be local, organic or fresh. The dessert was phenomenal however! Kudos to the team for that! We hope Skopelos will improve and continue serving vegan foods as we desire more vegan restaurants in the area. Considering they have a celebrated local chef, we expected more. We will return to give them another opportunity to wow us!

Wow. Just wow. Amazing food, ambiance and value. I’m vegan and the options here for vegans are so delicious! There are even vegan options on the dessert menu which in most restaurants is unheard of. Kudos to the owners and chefs for such a great job on making a loyal customer out of this girl! I’ll be back! Count on it! ❤️❤️❤️

This is a good place to come with a group or for a date night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I hope they expand their vegan options in the future but they do have the impossible burger that can be dressed up with vegan cheese and mayo, pretty good, but not my favorite burger. I'll be looking for more entrees in the future.

First a big success! - Edit
My husband and I drove over the state line to try the much talked about Impossible Burger. The burger was good, but this place is the main attraction. From the decor to the smiling staff and then to the food, there's no doubt we'll be back soon! They have at least 9 vegan options so 1 down and 8 to go.
