Best Vegan Pho - Edit
This place is now on my top list for vegan pho. Vegan items clearly labeled. The vegan egg rolls were excellent. I was a little scared to try the "vegan chicken or beef vermicelli" just cause I'm not a big fan of fake meat, but I have heard people mention their vegan vermicelli bowls are really good. Highly recommend!

Great vegan pho - Edit
Simply pho is my go-to spot in Houston for vegan pho (labelled). It is inexpensive and fast, and the quality is amazing. I always leave super filled and satisfied. The menu also has a large vegetarian section with several vegan options labelled, and a vegan egg roll appetizer. The restaurant gets really busy at peak lunchtime, but I've never had a problem at dinnertime (it would be great for large parties).
