Appreciate the options, but… - Edit
I’m a local with limited vegan options in the area. I was thrilled when shots added a vegan breakfast sandwich, but have been disappointed twice when ordering it. This last time, it took over 30 minutes when I was pretty much the only person there. It’s just an English muffin with a just egg patty and sausage. The sausage was freezer burned when I tasted it and would appreciate the addition of a sauce, veggie or vegan cheese.

Some Vegan Options - Edit
Nice little restaurant with a few indoor tables, four more outside and lots of takeout. Avocado toast is good and a few other dishes can be veganized. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. My go-to breakfast spot in Lenox.

Nice amount of vegan options for a small town - Edit
Notice a bunch of vegan options are only served for breakfast, till 11:30,which is a bummer. Serve oatmeal with plant milk, avocado toast and sandwiches, including an egg and sausage sandwich. Also have some vegan GF cookies.

They have a sign in the window that says they’ll help find vegan and gf options and the cashier listed several items on the menu that could be made vegan across breakfast and lunch

A last resort - Edit
In the dismal absence of vegan places in Lenox, one could visit this place and “beg” that they make a “vegan” something. Cute place, not the friendliest of staff; they all seem stressed out. One could get a couple of dishes with vegetables and hummus.
