Light and delicious broth, perfect noodles - Edit
I was curious to try this new restaurant. We came without reservation at night and there were plenty of spaces. I'm sure during the day the surrounding businesses fill the tables up. The waiter was very friendly. Great atmosphere and decoration.
Read moreThe gyoza were good but don't expect the usual deep fried dumplings from the corner imbibes. These were more chewy and soft.
I had the vegan duck ramen and it was delicious. Although there was not a lot of meat slices, the noodles were plenty and had a good bite, and the broth was amazing. I also tried the Miso soup with vegan chicken and it was not as good, but still fine.
I was just confused why a supposedly vegan restaurant would ask if we wanted a real egg in our ramen (!?)
The dessert were mochi like the ones you can buy at the store.

Wenn ich es richtig gesehen habe, wurden nur vegetarische Speisen angeboten, was ich sehr cool fand.
Preise sind für das Gebotene auch in Ordnung!
Location war wirklich schön, gemütlich eingerichtet.
Ich würde es weiterempfehlen!
