A hidden little gem!

First visit to this cafe situated in a horse riding club. Beautiful rural setting reached by a winding single lane road with stunning countryside views.

The cafe is in bright and airy barn with around 8 or 9 tables and a couple of sofas. We sat at the window watching two cats basking in the sunshine and a horse gazing out from her stable. There is outdoor seating too.

Now the food. We had a choice of 5 soups, all but one were vegan. I had Mushroom and Thyme and hubby had Carrot, Coriander, Coconut and Ginger. They were both absolutely delicious and piping hot and served with warm crusty rolls. These were followed by two very tasty vegan cakes....Courgette and Apple cake for me and Chocolate and Caramel cake for hubby all washed down with a cappuccino and latte (soya milk for me).

Highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again soon (a vegan Beetroot and Chocolate cake is planned so I'm keen to sample that along with another bowl of scrumptious soup).
