Good service, so so food - Edit
The first thing the waiter asked was if I'm a vegetarian. Great first impression. He explained the entire menu patiently to me and started chopping vegetables on the spot after I ordered. However, the food (wrap with vegetables) was very basic and heavily over flavored. I paid 18.000 Copies, which is a bit too much for this meal. Good size though. Still a pretty good experience.

Very Friendly Cafe - Lovely Atmosphere - Edit
Lovely little cafe just off the main square. The menu changes daily and there are many vegan options. The cafe is owned by a couple, who are very friendly and helpful and will add/remove ingredients from your meal so that you get what you like the most. The vegan ceviche is delicious!
Pros: Friendly owners, Freshly prepared food, Many vegan options
Cons: Not many seats

Lovely little place - Edit
We spent a day in Baracharra and had lunch and dinner at Shambala. It's just off the main square and serves great simple food with an emphasis on fresh quality ingredients. It's only been open for a few months but it's wonderful. Try the Mango-Roquefort suchi. It's amazing! Great juices. Fantastic value menu-del-dia. And free wifi! What's not to love. Would go back if we could.Oh - the owner also does massages out of her house a few minutes drive away. We only had time for half an hour sadly, but my wife really enjoyed it. Recommend!

Don't miss this place! - Edit
The food is delicious, all made in the morning with fresh ingredients. The owners (a couple) definitely know how to cook fine vegetarian food. We specially waited for lunchtime before hiking to Guane; it was well worth waiting.
The restaurant is very small, just 2 tables and a sofa. The interior is colorfull.
Pros: fresh ingredients, varied lunchmenu, cosy place
