Wonderful vegan options in a small town - Edit
I was a traveler staying in Hatch for a few days while exploring Bryce Canyon and nearby places recently.
Read moreI was quite happy with the vegan options available at this cafe. In addition, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I saw this behavior with several other customers who were regulars.
Plenty of outdoor covered seating. Indoor seating is limited to a small section.

Nice vegan Just Egg Folded patty / Vegan shredded cheese Sandwiches - Edit
We came in just for sandwiches and were not disappointed.

With the vegan egg/cheese sandwich available either on multi-grain bread or everything bagel.
Egg was the Just Egg Folded patty. Cheese was some type of shredded cheddar (maybe Daiya).
We were there in mid-Oct, and they did have sign saying they would be closed for the season starting Oct 23, 2022 - presumably opening back up in the spring with tourism increases again.
Pros: Good selection for this area, Tasty, Fast

Amazing - Edit
Wow this place was great! Amazing vegan options in the middle of rural Utah. So thankful I could find affordable vegan eats out here and enjoyed their options for alternative dairy milks.

What an awesome unexpected find! - Edit
So pumped to find this place in the middle of nowhere! Got the vegan breakfast burrito (delicious) and a caramel macchiato. The barista let me know that the caramel sauce they normally use isn't vegan so she subbed caramel syrup for me instead. I'd probably leave 5 stars if possible.
