Good vegan ice cream! - Edit
I believe they have several vegan(made with a coconut water base) flavors but serve one daily. I had the vanilla almond and it was delicious! It had a bit of a Italian ice texture but tasted amazing!

Vegan ice cream! - Edit
So excited that Seneca farms finally has started offering vegan options. As of right now they have 1 vegan flavor, which changes often. I tried the chocolate hazelnut and it was very good. I was told they use coconut water as the base, giving it more it more of an Italian ice texture rather than ice cream.
