Poke com boa opção para veganos

O restaurante possui opção de monte seu poke e possui tofu no cardápio, o que facilita muito para veganos, ja que geralmente só possui opção de shimeji e não apto para veganos por ser feito na manteiga. Neste restaurante também possui essa opção de shimeji (mas com manteiga, então só para vegetarianos). Achei bem legal as opções para montagem do poke e é bem servido.
