Adequate breakfast - Edit
They have one vegan option. The vegan breakfast for $31 that consists of a potato rosti, mushrooms and a singular sausage.

Delish vegan big breakfast - Edit
I wasn’t sure I would find many vegan options in Rotorua so was pleasantly surprised when we stumbled across scope. The vegan big breakfast was delicious.
