I had a sample of the popcorn ice-cream and it was sooo good. So sad I didn't try it before I picked my flavours. I had a milkshake with marzipan and cinnamon ice-cream (one scoop each). It was good, I feel like someone is finally catering to my pallette

I actually don’t like ice cream but if there’s an all vegan place I have to try. I had a cone with coffee and popcorn flavoured ice cream. And extra hazelnuts. Was very tasty. Love how centrally located this place is too. Price was €4.50

I walked past so many times, because they don't advertise it at first sight that they are vegan. They are though, and deserve a lot more love! Located between the central station and the city centre, it's a small shop with about ten flavours. The ice cream is good, reasonably priced at 2,20€ per scoop and the staff is friendly. Also has water for your dog.

Al het ijs is zo lekker romig! Ook het fruitijs is geen sorbetijs (want dat kan je bij elke reguliere ijssalon al krijgen). We hebben vijf smaken geproefd en die waren allemaal heerlijk, dus we gaan sowieso nog vaker terugkomen!

Scoops has the best vegan ice cream in The Hague and offers a lot of different flavors. The owner is really nice and dogs can enjoy a pup cup! Would definitely recommend everyone to pay a visit. My favorites are the hazelnut and custard ice cream😄
