Sono rimasta stupita nel trovare così tante opzioni vegane interessanti nella parte del menù dedicata alle piadine: ogni proposta è disponibile con impasto a base di farine diverse dalla 00 e olio d'oliva per un sovrapprezzo di 1 euro e in fondo sono ben segnalate le piadine vegane (realizzate con farina di farro) farcite con verdure, mozzarella di riso, stracchino vegetale, kebab di planted. I prezzi sono in linea con le versioni tradizionali.

L'unica cosa strana è stata che quando abbiamo pronunciato i nomi delle piadine lette dal menù sembrava che la cameriera non li avesse mai sentiti, ma probabilmente è dovuto al fatto che non vengono ordinate spesso. Contenta comunque che le mantengano in menù e che avessero entrambe quelle che ci interessavano disponibili in una località sicuramente molto legata alla tradizione.

Il locale è pieno di opzioni vegane, sopratutto non banali! Le piadine vedono la presenza di formaggi 100% vegetali, il che le rendono ottime e per nulla noiose. In ogni sezione ci sono almeno due proposte vegane, insomma un posto sicuro per vegani a Rimini. Super consigliato!

Restaurant with a good selection of marked vegan options in various categories. I had the vegan bowl for €14 which is expensive but it was good! The cover charge was like €1.50 for no appetizer or anything😒oh well

Nowadays you can choose from more vegan options, e.g. burgers, pasta, salad, pizza, etc. I ate some pasta with seasonal vegs, and it was very delicious. After that I drank a coffee with oat milk, but there is a lot of types of plant milk.

They only have one option which is the tofu bowl. It was really yummy though, and a good portion as well. Anyone in the area looking for a light dinner should come.
