Carefully crafted vegan Bánh Mì - Edit

The Zoo-adjacant location of a small chain of Bánh Mì shops. They only have two items on the menu: one meat Bánh Mì and one vegan Bánh Mì. My husband thinks their Bánh Mìs are absolutely amazing, the best sandwich he's ever had. I think they're quite nice, too, but I'm maybe not as enamoured with them as he is. What they do really nicely is hit a good balance between the hearty vegan meat & paté on one side, and the fresh cilantro, the pickled vegetables on the other. All served in a nice soft white bread. It tasted quite nice as leftovers too, and didn't get too soggy.

The price is very fair. Their online-only ordering system is a little irritating to figure out if you're there for the first time, but shouldn't deter you from going. Also, their little paper bags are really cute.

Tasty, fast, and friendly - Edit

Great spot with a delicious vegan Banh Mi! Ordering is super easy via QR code (and you can even skip the cilantro if you like 😉). The whole process took just three minutes, and the sandwich was excellent!
