Very attractive sushi and additional japanese food options - Edit
Quite extensive menu, and the items look attractive. The special rolls look great. Apart from sushi, there’re dons and noodles. I bought take-away (to avoid the service charge and GST 🤣). The food still tastes pretty good after an hour.

Sushi by delivery - Edit
I ordered a variety of sushi options. The „standards“ were all great. Those that I don’t get at home were a bit mixed, but I guess that’s more due to personal taste and nothing was actually bad, more like a „was nice to try but wouldn’t order again“ type of thing.

Wouldn't say the best... - Edit
It's a good Japanese food option for vegetarians but it wasn't thaaat good or worth the money. It was very very expensive. & it's a once-in-awhile or occasional visit. Would I go again? Maybe not.
Read morePros: Good sushi place for vegetarians , Fast and friendly customer service
Cons: VERY EXPENSIVE, Lack of drinks option , The meat used, has that fake taste.

Fun Meal with Sushi Train - Edit
The Saute Group's eateries are among the few Halal-certified vegetarian eateries in Singapore. Saute Sushi is very vegan-friendly and the menu is clearly labelled. Definitely not authentic Japanese food and also quite a lot of (not really convincing) mock meats, but a fun meal nonetheless, especially with the sushi train. My favourites are the Special Rolls, Potato Salad, as well as the Caramelised Shiitake Tempura with Teriyaki; surprisingly the Teriyaki Seaweed Beancurd Don and Handmade Teriyaki Katsu Don are nice too. They have weekday lunch sets as well as a membership system. Conveniently located at Paya Lebar MRT.

So so - Edit
I ordered avocado sushi, miso soup and edamame beans. I wasn’t super impressed with the food especially considering the price, but the train concept was very fun.

100% plant-based sushi train concept - Edit
🇸🇬🚇🍱 100% 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕-𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒔𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒊 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒆! Sauté Sushi runs on a similar concept to Genki Sushi, in which orders are made through scanning of QR code. After the order has been sent, wait for your food via a little train! (➡️swipe to view video, how cute!)

Japanese food for vegetarians - Edit
It was my 1st visit and I loved that the whole restaurant's menu is largely vegan. It satisfied my craving for Japanese food. The zashimi (not spelling error) was especially real. Gonna try out more dishes.

Delicious vegan sushi - Edit
The sushi here is great, perhaps a bit too much mayo but still. Lots of variety and the food comes out very quickly - on an express train! Would definitely come back here to try more. The edamame beans were a bit cold though, so wouldn’t try that again.

Not just sushi - Edit
I ordered takeaway while running an errand at PLS. Options were decent. There were side dishes and other main dishes besides sushi. My review is for food which had been consumed at home, so naturally they won’t be ideal by the time I ate it.
Read moreThe dry spicy noodles ($10.90)was spicy but not tasty enough in my opinion. It was a bit dry but that could be due to delayed consumption. Side dishes were good. The mushroom karahage ($3.90)and chilled tofu with Goma ($1.90)tasted wonderful. I wonder if the creamy sauce was vegan though..
I would visit again but will try dining in.

Some hits some misses but price point reasonable; portions can be bigger - Edit
Some of the dishes are super good, while there is a miss for me with the tomato stew ramen. Love the train delivery system and the reasonable prices. The truffle ramen is excellent and otah sushi is a must try! Hope for portions to be bigger though.

Wholesome goodness - Edit
Good and service was more then what I could expect. Sushi train delivery was cute and makes my children very excited. Their eyes are glued to the train traveling to the tables. What more can I ask for a pure veg eatery having so many choices. Long queue when I was there but worth every time and penny. Satisfied customer! Go give it a try.

Best Plant based sushi - Edit
All good. My whole family likes it and we hope to patronise again. Price is very reasonable. Vegetarian and vegan are a group of hard to please folks and giving a thumbs up for good concept well done. Pure vegetarian place deserves much more attention and credit not those meat eateries with plant based options and trying to act like having done a great deal.

Can give their udon and ramen a try - Edit
Staffs are very friendly, help me to customize the aburi set, a combination of aburi and nigiri set, total 6 different sushi. The okra with goma (lady fingers with sesame sauce) is quite appetizing.
Read moreAfter trying their aburi set, I have to admit that they are not that specialize in sushi, like Sakae Sushi (vegetarian options), Teng Bespoke, Herbivore... Their sushi rice is plain and loose, even the low-end Umi Sushi and Sushi Express (vegetarian options) serve better rice than them, perhaps can give their udon and ramen a try, as Saute San's one is good, think can't go wrong 😅

Best plant based “zalmon”! - Edit
First of its kind concept in SG with great ambience and friendly staff (and speedy train)! We ordered a variety of sushi to try and were so amazed by the plant based “salmon sashimi”. The texture is so similar it’s scary😂 (not the zucchini kind!!)
Read moreThe best thing is vegans can eat almost everything (rather than like 2 sushi choices at normal jap places) and the menu is clearly labelled on which has eggs/dairy! Huge props to them for using vegan mayo as the default n having a wide variety for vegans too :)
Highly recommend this place for the experience and zalmon!
Pros: Must try plant based zalmon, Great experience for veg*ns, Wide selection of sushi
Cons: On the pricier side, Only a few unique sushi rolls

1st in Singapore! Great for vegetarians! - Edit
1st Day opening of the FIRST FULL VEG Japanese train sushi restaurant in Singapore. A very fun experience though not our 1st "train" experience cos we had been to Genki quite a number of times. But I had nothing much to eat at Genki.🤣 So very grateful for these!
Read moreWhat we had:
1x Abi Fry ( the Vegetable type of prawn, not Konjac)
1x CraDstick
1x Tu-na CraDstick Mayo
1x King Oyster Mushroom
1 x Lion Mane Mayo
1x Handmade Vegan Katsu
1x Handmade Tamago
1x Spicy Otah
1x Diced Mango and Zalmon
1x Spicy Otah
Taste is generally good for what we had, nothing to complain. I like the lion mane and Spicy otak most. My hub like the king oyster and mango salmon most. The rice is well cooked.
