Good place for a Saturday night - Edit
Good cocktails and happy hour. Menu clearly markt when it comes to vegan. Had a snackbar vibe for me. Not a cost restaurant feeling. Dinner was ok. Not wauw but good!

Pretty decent range of vegan options - Edit
Had lunch here on a day-trip to Aachen. The restaurant is very centrally located and has plenty of outdoor seating. They have a pretty decent rance of vegan options, all properly labeled in the menu. Food was tasty, a bit too salty for me maybe. As said in a previous review below, the Chilli Sin Carne (which two of us had for main) and the Vegan Bombas (which we shared) are practically the same thing. Dishes come in big portions, staff is super nice and prices are ok.

When we walked in, I didn't expect too much of it. But I was wrong! We really enjoyed the vegan food and drinks. Definitely would go there again.

There are some vegan options, even dessert. However the quality of the food was ok. The Chilli Sin Carne and the Vegan Bombas was practically the same thing, just one came with nachos and the other with fries.

Delicious vegane Mexican Food - Edit
Great mexican food with many different options for vegans. The avocado burger is very tasty and crunchy, and the nachos with vegan Bolognese and vegab meatballs are a great dish as well, perfect with a cocktail. All vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are marked on the menu.

I had the vegan burger with potato wedges. The potato wedges were too crispy, it tasted like they were fried again. They tasted good in the beginning, but when I ate more of them, I didn’t liked it anymore. The burger was good.

Sausalitos is my go-to place when my parents visit me because we all find something good to eat there. I love their vegan burger and it is great that they even label all cocktails that are vegan. Staff is always super friendly.

My partner and I both ordered the Veganer burger. The burger was tasty - not super-special, but nicely spiced and just a tasty chunk of food. The fries were really great: crispy, the right amount of salt, and just the right amount to feel satisfyingly fill after emptying the plate.

Cocktail bar that also serves burgers. There are quite some vegan and vegetarian options. The portions are a bit big for me but the food is pretty nice:). For the quantity that you get it is also very reasonably priced. If you want to go in the evening (around 9 pm) or in the weekend it is good to reserve a table.

Located in the center of Aachen, the Sausalitos cocktail bar has a large indoor area, as well as several dozens of seats on the market.
Read moreThe price range is average, you can get a decent meal with a softdrink for about 10€.
Sausalitos has a seperate menu for vegans, which you can also find on the website. At the time of this review, there are 5 fully vegan dishes, 4 alcoholic and 5 non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as 2 "only" vegetarian dishes.
The staff is friendly, the dishes delicious and quite filling.
If you visit the Sausalitos Aachen on weekends in the evening, you better make a reservation.
