Hearty & Yummy - Edit
Very good quality theme park food - could pass as restaurant quality food in my opinion. The kitchen staff was very helpful in letting me know what allergens were present. I got the crispy tofu bowl with rice and beans and it was very delicious!

The build your own tofu bowl was delicious and the theme of the restaurant made it a really cool place to eat! The staff were also happy to get the allergen guide out to ensure that all options were vegan (such as dressings and the carb option)

Best affordable vegan in Disney parks - Edit
This is my favorite counter service food in all of Disney. It is located in the Animal Kingdom Resort in the Pandora area. You need a park ticket to go there.
Read moreThe theming is gorgeous. All of Pandora is incredible. They have lots of tables both inside or outside.
I had the chili- spiced crispy tofu bowl and loved it.
You choose a base and a sauce.
For the base I chose the red and sweet potato hash. My kids had the rice and beans base and they were both delicious. Other bases include mixed whole grains or salad.
For the dressing I chose the charred green onion vinaigrette.
Everything had a bit more oil and salt than I usually eat but it was tasted great. For $11.50 that is a great deal for a Disney meal.
Everything I had was vegan but they often change things so you can ask before ordering to be sure.
This restaurant uses reusable bowls and silverware which is the first I have seen at Disney for a counter service restaurant.
Next door to this restaurant is the Pongu Pongu stand which sells drinks. My daughter had the night blossom drink that was layers of bright colors. She said it was cold and delicious. It is made of apple and pear lime aid. People love to post pictures of the drinks on Instagram or Facebook!
Pros: Delicious vegan option , Affordable and gorgeous , Reusable bowls and silverware
Cons: Wish there were more vegan choices, Sometimes crazy busy and hard to find a table
