Satt & Gut

I absolutely loved visiting this little cute shop. The staff were incredibly kind and also made many good recommendations. I picked up some tofu, vegan sausages, and a vegan black garlic paste and was very satisfied with these items, they were great.

Good to have more veggie & vegan options here

I love coming to the Viktualienmarkt when I'm in Munich, but despite the size of the market and the amount of tourists it attracts from abroad, there are actually preciously few vegetarian and vegan options here. satt & gut is a great new addition. It mostly sells locally grown products like spices, oils, pulses, and condiments, but it also offers a daily vegan lunch dish, which you can take away or eat at a table just outside the shop. The owner is super friendly and also happy to tell you more about the products, where they come from, etc.

Pros: Locally grown produce, pulses, et. al., Focuses on "forgotten grains", Friendly owner

Cons: Also sells honey and eggs
