Asian chef-restaurant - Edit
Founded and inspired by vegan chef Asi Delek, well known for his past vegan haifa restarants: Um Kultum and Vegas. Everything looks and tastes great.

The wings are amazing - but portion for a starter, really great texture but on the coating and the wing itself and the sauce is also very tasty
The Beet Bamba Noodles is a good noodle dish, the peanut sauce could be more flavourful on its own but works well when you get a bite with some of the vegetables
Honestly would prefer it if they upped the flavor of the sauce and skipped the sweet potatoes
The Yakitori was very good - the Redefine Meat flank's texture is amazing, the glaze is really, really tasty and the roasted vegetables served alongside the skewers are well made
We will definetly come back

A new exciting sushi-Asian place in Haifa!!! - Edit
We came there after hearing a lot about the new place with its exciting dishes. Knowing that it was established by the legendary Asi Delek, tge expectations were very high. We were very happy to try out some sushi and rice dishes with meat and egg supplements. It was delicious and very creative!!! Highly recommend! Another great success brought to you by Asi!
