Took my granddaughter here for lunch she is 15 months old and allergic to dairy. Thought we would be safe eating here as apparently 100% vegan. Started eating and her face broke out in a rash, which happens as soon as she is in contact with dairy food of any kind. Alerted staff and was told there is no dairy on site she must be allergic to something else. Which I know isn’t the case as she has been tested in hospital and tested proved she is only allergic to any form of dairy. Needless to say we stopped eating and left no apology from staff and was charged full price on food even though we couldn’t finish it. Then had to go to chemist to get medication. Please if you have an allergy think twice before eating here. I feel really angry about this experience.only put 2stars as I have to to post
