Perfect combination of flavors. Ask for the jalapeño relish if you’re into that, but perfect without. They could sell that sauce of theirs for gold bars.

Bellingham’s best vegan food! - Edit
I’ve had Sammies more times than I can count, and I am never disappointed. The only drawback is that they don’t have a brick and mortar to explore more menu items! You can’t go wrong with any of their options, though. The traditional cheesesteak is amazing, as is the Buffalo cheesesteak. I haven’t had the tacos, but I’ve heard they’re excellent too. Please visit them at Wander, Paws, the farmer’s market, or wherever they may be stationed!

I just finished what might have possibly been the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Sounds dramatic but I’m not kidding. I hadn’t had very good seitan previously and the flavors in this sandwich were seriously out of this world. Also, the seitan is made FROM SCRATCH 😍I got the cheesesteak but they also had a rotating special along with a Buffalo sandwich and some sides. This was my first time here and I know I will be a regular now. Pro tip: Make sure to have plenty of napkins on hand. Don’t come to Bellingham without stopping here! And if you live here… GO NOW!

While Sammies has a very limited menu of just a couple items, everything offered is super delicious. We had a pressed pho dip special and Sam's signature buffalo chicken Philly and both were very tasty. But the Philly was beyond delicious - an absolute must try!!!
