Le restaurant est très impliqué dans les questions écologiques et l'alimentation à base de plantes. Ce n'est pas un restaurant qui surfe sur la vague. Les produits sont de saison et l'engagement est réel. Mais j'ai trouvé la nourriture un peu fade et les portions petites, même pour un mangeur moyen. Peut-être faut-il y aller en été pour profiter d'un menu plus savoureux. Mon avis est basé sur une visite à la fin de l'hiver, une saison peu propice aux produits végétaux frais.
Read moreThe restaurant is very involved in ecological issues and plant-based food. This is not a restaurant that rides the hype. The produce is seasonal and the commitment is real. But I found the food a little bland and the portions small, even for the average eater. Perhaps you should go in summer to enjoy a tastier menu. My opinion is based on a visit at the end of winter, a season not very favourable for fresh plant products.

Wauw! The food here was amazing, you could taste the love and fresh products. They have a weekly changing menu with 5 dishes out of 7 being vegan. Very friendly owners. Very filling and cheap for what you get!
