Convenient vegan bread option

We went during the holidays in October and landed here because not many shops are open. We called before and they told us to visit the cafe next to it , it's called 'Bricoleur', where they sell their bread as an eat-in option. They had an oat milk latte.
The pumpkin sweet bread was soft and lightly sweet. Their ciabattas are almost all vegan. I think they had more vegan options than non-vegan when we were there. The grandmother of the shop seemed knowledgeable about veganism. My sister who came with me took the non-vegan option and the grandmother checked if non-vegan is ok. I don't know about her English skills since my sister did all the talking in Korean.

Healthy neighborhood bakery

Here's a bakery in Chuncheon, which supplies the neighborhood with their self-proclaimed "healthy bread". They have quite a large diversity of bakery products, some of which are stored in the freezer and available upon request.

There are quite a few vegan options, ranging from sweet breads to plain bread and ciabatta. If you call 2 days in advance, they can also prepare a vegan sandwich for you. Staff was very friendly.

They bake on location, but not everything looks fresh. That might be because of the way they store bread here though... Some items taste very good (sweet red bean bread!), while other just tasted ok.

Prices are very low compared to Seoul.

The bakery is located on the second floor, and a short staircase leads upstairs. You have to take off your shoes to enter, but they have slippers for customers inside. There is an extra room with a couple of tables for eating in house.

Cons: some breads look wrinkly (due to storage method?)
