My first time at this place was last week. It is a small little shop off of Prince St. in SoHo. I had the amazin' grilled cheese with soy gouda and added tofu bacon for a nice kick. It came with a side of green salsa to make it even more amazin'. This sandwich is seriously one of the best I have had. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, I couldn't help but go back later in the day with my husband to re-live the satisfying tastes again! This is a hidden vegan gem that is worth the stop or even two.
