Rotating flavors are always interesting. For PDX vegan ice cream I probably prefer Kate’s or Ramblin’ Rose but Salt and straw isn’t too far behind

I chose Toasted Oat Milk & Cookies on a sugar cone. It was a delicious mix of smooth and chunky.

They do not advertise that they have a non-vegan waffle cone and didn't mention it when I got a vegan flavor. YUCK

It was never advertised as being vegan? On a menu where vegan options are clearly listed. I asked and the server nicely suggested the sugar cone instead.
