Vegane Pizza - Edit
Wir haben Pizza nach Hause bestellt und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Auswahl an veganen Pizzen war top, zusätzlich kann man auch auf alle anderen Pizzen der Karte veganen Käse bestellen sowie Zutaten weglassen. Geschmacklich auch super, für mich war die Menge an veganem Käse perfekt, da nicht die gesamte Pizza damit „zugeklebt“ ist.

Unfreundliches Personal, Essen nicht lecker und man wartet lange auf sein Essen. Nicht empfehlenswert, auch wenn es einige vegane und sogar glutenfreie Optionen gibt.

I think it's the only pizzeria in Heidelberg who serves vegan cheese. Don't think it's written on the menu though.

Veganism mostly unmentioned in their menu - Edit
I've only known that I could grab a vegan bite here thanks to them having an entry here on HappyCow, but the menu itself is almost entirely void of veganism being mentioned. There is one pasta dish that has a "(VEGAN)" behind it in the menu and that's it. No mentions whatsoever over which dishes can be veganized and no mentions that they actually do have vegan cheese for their pizzas. So when I flipped through the pages I was confused and had to bring up that I had found them on a vegan page before they confirmed, yes, they do have vegan cheese. So that's what I had, a vegan pizza, the one pizza with ingredients I could be sure of to be vegan as well because I didn't want to ask once more what else they could veganize. This really isn't accommodating to introverts as myself.
Read moreAs for the pizza: I think I had the "Ortolano" (I'm not entirely sure though and I cannot look it up anymore because it, and the officially vegan pasta dish, aren't even mentioned on their website) which had a great crispy base, fresh veggies and flavorful cheese with a nice melt. They usually seem to go with Simply V cheese, this day they had VioLife, so apparently they have different cheeses on different days. It was nice, but at above 10 € relatively pricey.
All in all the impression I got was that this is not the right place for introvert vegans. If you have the gumption to pull someone from the waiting staff aside (which were very friendly, I have to say) and discuss which pasta should be substituted with other pasta and which cheese-containing dishes still work if you replace the cheese (I believe they also had a dish with scamorza affumicato, so they might be able to replace the flavor with smoked paprika? I dunno, just spitballing here), you might have a better time here.
Pros: Vegan cheese... if you ask for it, Probably other vegan food... if you ask for it, Friendly waiting staff
Cons: The "...if you ask for it" part, Almost no dishes highlighted as vegan, Somewhat pricey

I loooove the pizzas there! They have the best vegan cheese in town! I think I have tried every single vegan meal on the menu and I loved each and every one of them.
