Happy Birthday to me!!! - Edit
Went to Salad Works for the first time to celebrate my birthday. Loved it. My salad was wonderful and met all my requirements including no oil. Definitely would encourage vegans to visit !

Not as vegan friendly as you’d expect - Edit
Good salad place with a lot of options, however the majority of their dressings and other components are not vegan. You can still make a yummy salad bowl though with many vegan friendly toppings. They build the salads behind the counter like Subway, so you also don’t have a lot of control of portions. Overall not bad!

Grateful for this healthy addition to Lincoln! We like the raw vegetable topping options and fresh super green blend plus the SOS free brown rice and quinoa mix. They even have a clean organic balsamic vinaigrette. Super friendly staff too.

Even though the restaurant is not 100% vegan the Owners are very accommodating and offer many choices that are vegan and without sugar, oil or salt. Many vegan restaurants will not even do that.
