Great coffee, pastries dripping in fat, but tasty sandwiches - Edit
Most of the pastries are dripping in fat, we tried a rosemary twist and a pesto knot. They were good, but a bit ordinary. The oyster mushroom sandwich was very good and especially their cappuccino was amazing!

Cute shop, but inconsistent quality - Edit
The deli looks nice and seats about 8 people around 4 small tables. However, I didn’t see a toilet.
Read moreTheir offering is mainly savoury, but they have some sweet pastries by the counter, e.g. cookies and danishes. They have some racks with nut butters, chocolate bars and drinks as well.
I liked the pesto roll and pistachio/white choco cookie, but the pumpkin bun and pecan/maple cookie didn’t have a lot of flavour. The spicy cheese croissant was allright and the Oatly pistachio soft serve was quite good (but vegan pistachio ice-cream at other places are a lot better).

Great sandwich and soft service ice cream - Edit
I have a croissant veggie sandwich, a savory roll, and pistachio soft serve ice cream. Each was fantastic. Vegan soft serve ice cream rarely lives up to the joy of just finding it but this surpassed it. With crushed pistachios on top this was a sophisticated taste for an inherently unsophisticated food.

Not as good as the bakery but unique savory options - Edit
We got the onion brioche, the lox pastry with cream cheese, and a focaccia sandwich. THe best parts were the actual pastry crust and the bread, which were really nicely done, but the insides/flavors were slightly underwhelming. For the sandwich in particular, the focaccia was the best part and the filling was not particularly memorable.

Perfect vegan pastries - Edit
The mozzarella roll is my absolute fave, but all the other pastries I’ve tried were top notch as well. Only the sandwiches I’m not the biggest fan of, I think the filling could pack some more punch. Super friendly staff, love the plant milks and the queue usually isn’t too bad for take away (only ever seen an inside queue).

Excellent savoury pastry - Edit
We forgot to take pictures, but we will post some the next time. We really liked the one with pesto and the croissant with cheese.

Lamination - Edit
I love a savory laminated pastry, and this place didn't let down. I accidentally came here instead of the other place across the street. Lucky me, because there was no line. I even got a seat!

very tasty original deli - Edit
The service wasn't special, the sandwich a bit pricey but very delicious, the garlic bun as well. We couldn't sit since it was full so we took it to go. :)

Perfect all vegan lunch or breakfast - Edit
They were sold of of bread and sandwiches when we arrived for lunch (popular little place with limited seating), but they had delicious soups and savory pastries and juices! It’s across the street from a vegan bakery of the same name selling sweet pastry desserts.

Ten out of ten - Edit
Loved this bakery, the sweet as well as the savory one. Especially for breakfast you have to go here, the Croissantwich was our favourite. Literally heaven.

Wish we had it in London! - Edit
A masterclass and celebration of the oft-overlooked world of vegan savoury pastries. So much choice and innovation! New trays of deliciousness emerge from the kitchen even as you struggle with your happy decision in the queue.
Read moreThe spiced cheese croissant was a marvel of stretchy innards and croquant exterior. The garlic butter bun is even better than your dreams.
Everything is vegan. The (V) on some items is to - slightly confusingly and inconsistently - reassure people that the "cheese" and "butter" options are indeed vegan.
The queue is significantly shorter than for their sweet pastry branch opposite although this may change as word spreads as this location opened more recently.
Pros: Friendly service

Excellent, as expected - Edit
This is the new deli from the same owners as the amazing SAINT-JEAN bakery across the street. This deli focuses more on savory baking items, but with the same amazing quality. I tried the rosemary twist and it was very good. Same good coffee as at the first location. Visit both if you get the chance! 🩷

Cons: Very little seating
