5 Star Vegan Pho - Edit
This place is absolutely amazing for vegan pho. I’ve gone to places that make very bland veggie broths but this place has a broth so savory and actually uses the traditional herbs and spices when making the broth. Not too many places do that. I just moved to Chicago last week, and I have ordered carry out 3 days already. I can’t wait for the corona virus to clear so I can dine in.

Best Veggie Pho! - Edit
This was a pleasant surprise. The veggie pho actually had a nice taste to broth instead of resembling hot water. The ingredients were perfectly done. We also enjoyed the spring rolls—the dipping sauce was good and not too sweet. We’ll definitely return!

Amazing Vegan Pho - Edit
I went with a large party of vegans. We ordered a good variety of items between us and everyone seemed to enjoy what they received. In particular, the Veggie Noodle Soup was amazing. It’s almost impossible to find such flavorful vegan pho. I think there’s half a dozen vegan or easily veganizable items on the menu. The portions are enormous so keep that in mind when ordering. I could only eat half my Pho after having a fresh spring roll.

Really lovely Pho - Edit
The vegetable Pho here is out-of-this-world. I have had Pho at other restaurants and truly this is the best I've had. Super fresh veggies and tons of lovely spices. Get this and a sandwich (they have tofu) and you'll be set!
