I got the vegan glass noodles and it was great. Menu has listed vegetarian options and says dishes can be modified to be made vegan.

Disappointing pho - Edit
The pho broth (the most important ingredient, imo) was very dark brown and tasted like it had hoisin whisked into it. It was very sweet and lacked the flavors of a traditional pho broth. Definitely not the light, gently simmered broth traditional to pho. It’s fine if you’re in the area and just need a quick lunch, but I won’t be back.
