Best restaurant in Mayo - delicious vegan dishes - Edit
I’ve been going to Sage on and off for years now. They have a separate vegetarian menu. You need to make a reservation here and it is worth advising them that you are vegan especially if you have not been before - as it is not a plant based restaurant, etc. That said, their dishes are very veg focused using local producers where possible and the quality and attention to detail is excellent. It’s also a family run restaurant and I cannot emphasise enough how nice this bistro style restaurant and their staff are. I have always had a beautiful meal here. I went for Christmas Eve lunch here this month and it was delicious.
